Day to day:

• Oversee team of 60 production associates.
• Ensure team is hitting KPIs
• Delegate work & manage time off scheduling.
• Train & mentor new employees.
• Act as translator for Spanish speaking employees.
• Maintenance management - preventative & scheduled maintenance.

What we're looking for:

• Bilingual in Spanish (MUST HAVE)
• Manufacturing experience 3+ years - preferably light industrial (packaging, food & bev, chemical, etc.) Someone coming from automotive/steel/any heavy manufacturing might struggle a bit with the change of pace.
• Ideally 5+ years of Production Supervisor OR Manager experience. Open to someone a bit greener at more of a Team Lead level if they're bilingual, but ideally want a higher caliber candidate that can be a step above their current lead.
• Comfortable with computers. The team occasionally has to troubleshoot their large printers which requires some technical aptitude, but nothing too crazy.
• Experience leading a team of at least 20+.
