Description of the position: As a Product Manager, your primary focus is on driving the successful implementation and performance of banking products. This role demands a hands-on approach in executing strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring the compelling value proposition and seamless delivery of banking products to clients.


**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and recommend adjustments to product offerings.

2. Implementation Oversight: Directly manage the execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery.

3. Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize processes related to product development, launch, and ongoing management for maximum efficiency.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams, IT, marketing, and customer service to ensure coordinated efforts for successful product execution.

5. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the reliability, security, and compliance of banking products.

6. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product execution and identify areas for improvement.

7. Issue Resolution: Address any business challenges promptly, coordinating with relevant teams to find swift and effective solutions.

8. Training and Development: Provide training and support to teams involved in product execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

1. Product Management: Desired proven experience in product development, launch, and lifecycle management within the banking sector.

2. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making and product improvements.

3. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and improve processes.

4. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey business requirements and updates to cross-functional teams.

**Experience and Education:**

Minimum 3 years experience that will provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

**Language Skills**

Native English and knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
