Job Title: Associate Operations Supervisor

Shift Availability:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually, with potential for $75,000 based on experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Operations Supervisor to oversee production operations for a line manufacturing electronic components used in network security applications. This position ensures efficient execution of production goals, leading a skilled team in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and automation.

The production process includes the full manufacturing cycle—from raw PCB assembly to final product packaging—offering an exciting opportunity to manage an end-to-end operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure goals are met, including a current output of approximately 48 units/day (200 units/week).
• Oversee and guide a team of skilled assemblers and technicians, ensuring adherence to production plans and quality standards.
• Monitor and drive process improvements, leveraging LEAN manufacturing principles to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Facilitate safety programs to ensure a safe and clean workplace for all employees.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, safeguarding assets and fostering operational excellence.
• Prepare production reports and operational metrics for management review.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and timely repairs of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes is highly preferred .
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve production goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
