What You'll Do:

• Lead and Oversee: Manage all clinical operational activities, ensuring top-notch performance, quality, and execution.
• Drive Success: Utilize metrics and KPIs to deliver outstanding services and achieve growth in the CRO market.
• Team Management: Guide and support Clinical Directors and their teams within a matrix structure.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Handle resourcing, training, and high-quality delivery across regions.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets (P&L accountability) and ensure productivity and quality.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, participating in steering committees and bid defense meetings.
• Innovation and Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 15+ years in Clinical Development and project/program management, with at least 10 years in international CROs.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of clinical trial requirements and proven leadership skills.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, strategizing, and communication skills.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
