Junior Litigation Associate

• Working on various stages of commercial litigation cases, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conducting thorough legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Assisting Attorneys to represent clients in court, including attending hearings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 1.5+ Years of experience in a Litigation practice of law
