This firm, started by 2 former BigLaw Partners, handles sophisticated deal work. The Associates will be assisting on registered, Exchange Act reporting, private placements (drafting private placement memoranda, offeree questionnaires and subscription agreements, and coordinating with all parties), and general corporate and M&A.

The firm focuses on crowdfunding (Regulation A, Regulation CF, Rule 506(c)) and security token offerings.
