This firm is seeking a talented Operations Analyst with a strong background in the financial services industry to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting their system migration and ensuring smooth operational transitions. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, and troubleshooting system issues. You will also have the opportunity to develop your automation skills by creating links between systems to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and account reconciliation tasks
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to advisors and their teams
- Learn and become proficient in the new platform and other relevant financial software
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance (with a strong understanding of IT), or Computer Science
- 1-5 years of experience in Operations within the Investment Management, Wealth Management, or Private Wealth industry
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
- Strong understanding of investment management concepts, financial services software, and industry best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
