  • Full-Time, Non-exempt 
  • Reports to: Director, Employment and Community Inclusion 
  • Location: Hybrid (office and community-based) 
  • Pay Range: $24-28hr

Position Overview  

 

As Education Coordinator, you'll shape educational experiences to empower adults with neurodiversities to achieve their goals. You'll manage our learning platform, create and implement engaging curriculum, and build valuable community partnerships. 

 

What You’ll Do  

The following functions are essential to this position and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation: 

  • Oversee learning management system operations to create accessible educational experiences for participants and staff 
  • Develop and implement educational programs that can be delivered through multiple formats (online, in-person, or hybrid) 
  • Create educational content that supports diverse learning approaches and incorporates universal design principles 
  • Establish and maintain educational partnerships to expand program offerings and learning opportunities 
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using various data collection and reporting methods 
  • Apply accessibility standards and best practices across all educational materials and platforms 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate employment readiness components into educational programs 
  • Design flexible learning pathways that can be adapted to meet individual participant needs and goals 
  • Coordinate curriculum integration between internal programs and external educational partners 
  • Maintain current knowledge of educational technology and inclusive learning practices through ongoing professional development 

 

What You Bring  

  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field 
  • 3+ years in educational technology or curriculum development 
  • 2+ years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals  
  • Experience creating online learning materials 
  • Project management capabilities 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Commitment to inclusive education
