Required Qualifications:

Experience :

• Minimum 12 -17 years of experience in enterprise software architecture, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions in the insurance industry.
• Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or other Guidewire products is a plus.

Technical Skills :

• Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of Java, GOSU (Guidewire Scripting Language), and SQL.
• Experience with integration technologies such as Web Services (SOAP/REST), JMS, and ESB.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD tools, and deployment frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is desirable.

Business Knowledge :

• In-depth understanding of insurance processes, policy management, underwriting, and claims workflows.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for insurance.
