About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing and Scheduling Coordinator with experience in the utilities sector . The ideal candidate will manage invoicing, billing, and scheduling tasks while using Maximo and Beeline software to ensure efficient operations and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Billing : Prepare and process invoices, review work orders for accuracy, and resolve billing issues.
- Scheduling : Create and maintain schedules for technicians/contractors, adjust as needed to meet service timelines.
- Software Utilization : Use Maximo for work orders and Beeline for scheduling and invoicing.
- Reporting & Compliance : Generate reports, ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in invoicing and scheduling within utilities .
- Proficiency in Maximo and Beeline software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
