Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Risk & Safety Administrator to join our team and support our commitment to a safe, compliant, and productive workplace. This role combines human resources expertise with risk management and safety oversight to ensure adherence to regulations and foster a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Manage workplace incident reporting and investigations, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Collaborate with HR to develop employee safety training programs.
- Assist with workers' compensation claims and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to risk and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in HR and/or safety compliance is a plus.
Pay:
$26-$29/hourly DOE
