Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our client's manufacturing site in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for managing HR functions across the organization. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compensation, and compliance. This is not a desk-bound role; we are looking for someone who is proactive, engaged, and ready to contribute to the success of the team on the ground level.

In this dynamic position, you will work closely with all levels of staff, ensuring smooth HR operations while helping to foster a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace. The HR Manager will oversee key HR processes, such as administering benefits, implementing HR policies, and handling employee records, while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit for Technical, Administrative, and Management positions across various departments.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training & development initiatives.
  • Provide HR support for issues related to leaves, compensation, and other employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans.
  • Promote HR programs that enhance workplace efficiency and reduce conflicts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies and best practices.
  • Gather and analyze key HR metrics such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality in both electronic and paper formats.
  • Address employee issues promptly and improve job satisfaction through new perks, benefits, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor regulations.
  • Prepare payroll using Paycom software.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or Manager, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting for corporate positions, especially in pharmaceutical, chemical, or cosmetics industries.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
  • Experience with Paycom software – preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Additional HR training or certifications are a plus.

If you are a hands-on HR leader eager to make a difference in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
