Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years in the construction industry, with experience in team leadership and mentorship.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial construction practices, materials, scheduling, and industry standards.
• Demonstrates high standards of integrity, fairness, and dedication in every aspect of work.
• Able to address challenges creatively and focus on achieving positive outcomes.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
