Position: P&C Claims Consultant

Location: San Antonio, TX

Employment Type: Full-time

As the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or do an outbound call within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires good communication skills; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to details.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate the Property and Casualty members by answering inbound calls, emails, and other contacts from the members

· Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm the information or for member authorisation

· Apply knowledge of personal lines to assist member to bind policies, coverage provision, payments, and renewals for insurance product

· Provide response to members on call using the tools and resources available to support

· Set up reminders and follow up with customer on timely manner

· Follow the compliance and regulatory requirement when handling the members

· Maintain Property and Casualty (P&C) License

Qualification Required

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· Min 1 year of customer service/Claims Service/Insurance experience

· Active Property and Casualty (P&C) producer License
