Our client, a leading Media & Entertainment Company, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the CEO. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing high-level operations and providing seamless administrative assistance.
Role : Temp Executive Assistant + Personal Assistant

Location(s) : Office on Hollywood Blvd, with occasional travel to the CEO’s residence in Calabasas. Flexibility required based on the CEO's location.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday in-office, Fridays typically at the CEO's house in Calabasas (remote when traveling).
Pay Rate: $33.00/hour
Start Date: Ideally after interviews, targeting January 21st.
Ideal Candidate/Requirements : Entry-level with a few years of experience.
- This role will serve as support to a high-level EA, focusing on administrative tasks like scheduling, email management, expense reports, and booking travel.
- Occasional driving for errands (not a regular part of the role).
Duration of Assignment: Initial 3-month trial period, with the potential for a full-time position based on performance and fit.
The Executive Assistant will provide essential administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing tasks like scheduling, email communication, travel arrangements, and handling both professional and personal duties for the CEO. Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to adapt quickly are key for success in this fast-paced, high-caliber environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and events
- Handle personal tasks and errands with discretion
- Assist with expense reports, contracts, and office support
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in operations, project management, or similar roles
- Interest in media, music, or entertainment is a plus
