Austin, TX SALARY: $120,000 - $120,000 PER: Annum

TERM: Permanent

Position: Austin, TX Household Manager

Working Location: West Lake Hills, Austin, TX

Position may include potential for travel

We are looking for a smart, dedicated, hands on Household Manager and Personal Assistant who can help take care of and oversee a West Lake Hills multi-level home and join a great team.


Responsibilities:

-Work very well with others (principals, their family members including young children and grandparents; coworkers; vendors) and have a team-minded attitude

-Possess great communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively

-Be comfortable using technology, ie G-suite, Asana, Messaging apps, etc.

-Assist with care for a small-medium friendly dog, such as dog walks, feeding and vet/grooming visits

-Keep the home organized and well run

-Oversee vendors and service providers

-Light tidying/housekeeping/organizing, i.e. unloading dishwasher, taking out trash, keeping home well stocked, and plant care

-Supervise and manage renovations/construction

-Help with and have a good eye for interior decorating

-Be resourceful and be able to perform sound research

-Use discretion and sound reasoning and judgment

-Manage calendars and assist with scheduling

-Help with trip planning and event coordination

-Manage mail, documents, etc.

-Be comfortable handling expenses, reporting, and working with budgets

-Care of auto fleet, i.e. fueling, car washes, and scheduling maintenance

-Proactively pitch in wherever help is needed with big/small tasks, i.e. reheating and serving prepared food

-Help hire & source for other positions as necessary such as Nanny, Housekeeper, Chef

Candidates must be legal to work in the United States and have clear background checks. Must also have a drivers license and car for errands.


General Work Schedule: A minimum of 30 hrs. per week over the course of a seven day workweek. Typically, a more standard M-F workweek, however, there may be requests for occasional evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $120k ; Employer Paid Health Benefits: Medical, dental and vision

PTO: 7 sick days; 10 vacation days (vacation days need to be approved in advance)
