Hinckley Allen is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of intellectual property litigation experience, including drafting claim construction briefs and invalidity and non-infringement contentions, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive and pretrial motions, and arguing motions in federal court. Experience handling trademark, trade secret and copyright cases preferred. Associate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of intellectual property litigation cases. This includes preparing for and participating in depositions, hearings, and trials; conducting legal research; drafting legal documents; and providing support to senior attorneys. Admission to relevant jurisdiction is required.
