Logistics/Shipping Coordinator
Contract Role: 4 to 6 months
On-Site: Redlands, CA
- Assist with new ERP implementation
- Manual input of shipping and Pick ticket information in data base
- Verification and matching of BOLs and Pick tickets
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation companies to schedule shipments.
- Track shipments, update stakeholders, and proactively resolve issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage stock levels and fulfillment processes.
- Data Entry
- Verifying BOLs, Pick tickets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or Shipping Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain procedures and logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong Data Entry skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
