Associate Attorney – Bodily Injury Litigation and Trucking Defense

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (In-Office)

Salary Range: $85,000 – $120,000

Hightower, Stratton, Novigrod, & Kantor, an AV-rated insurance defense law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in bodily injury litigation and trucking defense to join our dynamic team in West Palm Beach .

About the Role:

As an Associate Attorney, you will:

• Handle a variety of cases involving bodily injury and trucking defense litigation.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with clients, adjusters, and senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on bodily injury and/or trucking defense.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• This is an in-office position, must be located in West Palm Beach
