Senior Travelling Project Manager - MECHANICAL - MISSION CRITICAL

What You’ll Do:

• Support single or multiple projects managed by Senior Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Collaborate with craftsmen, foremen, and owners on self-performing projects.
• Plan projects from start to finish, understanding all moving parts.
• Utilize LEAN principles to meet owner expectations.
• Manage project financials to ensure they stay on track.
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Mentor early-career professionals, preparing them for future roles.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, mechanical, and process piping.
• Expertise in planning, innovating, and improving daily processes.
• Experience managing mechanical construction projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7-10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience managing multiple MEP projects.
• Familiarity with Lean Construction tools is a plus.
• Experience with ground up Data Centre, Hospital, or Manufacturing projects desirable
