Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel, ensuring they meet the highest quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively, maintaining workflow and minimizing delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings, ensuring a proactive approach to safety and risk management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry (commercial or residential).
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from ground-up to completion.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of workers.
- Proficient in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving conflicts and maintaining project timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- OSHA certifications and other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Experience with high-end commercial or multi-family residential projects is a bonus.
