Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complex design projects from conception to completion.
• Utilize advanced engineering principles to develop, analyze, and enhance design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and other engineers.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of design documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Engage in client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field); Master’s preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 8+ years of experience in structural design engineering, with a proven track record of leading projects.
• Ability to work as a team and alone when necessary.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, including AASHTO, GDOT, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
