Director/Product Manager

• Working closely with customers, maintaining and building customer relationships
• Product requirements gathering and teasing/monitoring requirements (the requirements aspect is hybrid - waterfall/agile) but the product delivery cycle is heavy agile scrum focused
• Software development exposure and QA- knowledge of SDLC and working with these teams
• Data pipeline/science experience a plus
• staff/executive customer level exposure, joining staff meetings and presentation skills on product status ideal as the director, must have experience working with executives and managing teams/their projects
• being able to drive the hammer and work with different products that may be more data or BI focused for overall continuous process improvement and being able to run with leadership changes on delivery
• a do-er mindset
• working with 3rd party consulting firm for SOWs on product builds
• managing team of 7: (5 product managers and 2 analysts)
• Leading Data Quality
• MUST be vocal, have accountability, be very personable and manage beehive style team, forward thinking
• MUST have experience managing a team of at least 3+ PMs with QA and SDLC experience
