The ideal candidate will have experience working on trade remedy matters (e.g., antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings) before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as experience on related trade remedy, trade policy and supply chain matters (e.g., Section 232, Section 301, U.S.-China, UFLPA, etc.) Experience in international trade compliance matters (e.g., economic sanctions and export controls) is also desirable.
