The ideal candidate can have a combination of project management and estimating experience over his/her career and will enjoy being involved in the very early stages of a project.

Requirements:

7+ years' experience in commercial construction working as either a Project Manager or Estimator

project experience ranging from $20M-$250M

Must enjoy working with and being part of a team environment
