Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize legal documents to assist with closings.
• Create and maintain closing binders, checklists, and status updates.
• Organize, review, and manage real estate transaction documents.
• Draft and file UCC financing statements and review lien searches.
• Partner with internal departments and external vendors to streamline processes.
• Meet billable hour targets while delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate on additional projects, with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of paralegal experience (required).
• Real estate experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of legal billing processes and attention to detail.
