As the Executive Assistant with this association, you will be a key member of the C-suite team, providing dedicated support to the CEO. This executive is looking for a trusted advisor who can effectively manage the activities of the executive office with efficiency and grace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar by planning, coordinating, and scheduling meetings with key figures, including clients, C-level executives, and partners.
  • Book all domestic travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO.
  • Review, edit, and finalize all correspondence and documents generated in the executive office.
  • Understand the strategic objectives and deliver key messages.
  • Complete expense reports keeping a close eye to detail.
