Quality Assurance Manager

We are searching for a Quality Assurance Manager for a food manufacturing plant. This roles oversees all plant Food Safety and Quality programs and systems for the plant. Quality Assurance training and cultural development for the plant. Works cross-functionally with all departmental managers and the plant senior leadership team on such programs and training. Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Quality as a Manager or Supervisor in a Food Manufacturing Plant
• SQF Practitioner, HACCP and PCQI certified
• Strong skills in communication, problem solving, decision-making, prioritizing work, and organization.
• Experience with leading audits
• Servant leadership style
