Position Overview: Manages retention and growth of revenue for assigned accounts, builds strong relationships with current and new customer contacts, identifies opportunities to expand share of wallet, acts as brand ambassador to customer.

- Salary - $60-70K base plus bonus
Essential Job Functions:
- Own customer relationships for assigned accounts. Maintain regular contact cadence.
- Grow revenue within assigned accounts according to the annual plan.
- Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet.
- Actively promote new products and / or products relevant to the customer’s growth plan.
- Educate and advise assigned customers about products and services offered.
- Coordinate with Customer Experience, Marketing, and other internal partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct business review meetings with target customers as necessary.
- Build and manage opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com and / or other applicable technology.
- Create and manage account plans for target accounts.
- Follow-up with leads as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: Degree in business is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 1-3+ year(s) inside sales or sales development experience preferred with demonstrated record of achievement; intermediate or higher skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, Experience in business software – ERP, order entry software, CRM preferably Salesforce.
