Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and lead generation through strategic networking.
• Actively cross-sell into additional markets as directed by clients.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities while negotiating competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
• Collaborate with organizations to create and implement effective talent strategies and tailored solutions.
• Consistently achieve and surpass goals by meeting or exceeding established performance metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the accounting, finance or business world.
• Highly energetic and self-motivated, with a proven history of consistently meeting and surpassing goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
• Demonstrates professionalism and composure in all situations, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in navigating various tools and systems to maximize efficiency and performance.
