Reveal Insurance Group is a Dallas-based agency specializing in commercial insurance for diverse industries including real estate, manufacturing, technology, and professional services. We work with leading carriers such as Chubb, Hartford, Liberty Mutual, CNA, FCCI, Guard, and Nationwide, and we collaborate with wholesalers like AmWINS and RT Specialty for approximately 50% of our commercial accounts. Account premiums range from $5k to $250k.

Job Summary


The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert service and advice. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, demonstrating knowledge of complex accounts and industry standards. This role requires in-depth familiarity with managing insurance portfolios, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage a book of commercial accounts, including real estate schedules, multifamily, manufacturing, technology, professional services, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and a high standard of service.
  • Handle new business quoting/marketing, renewals, endorsements, and claims, ensuring clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Utilize agency management software (AMS 360) and tools such as AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.

Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360, AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of accounts.
