Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This role bridges technical expertise with sales strategy, helping drive business growth by crafting compelling proposals, managing client relationships, and providing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create detailed and competitive proposals.
  • Analyze client specifications and align solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Organize and lead proposal review meetings to ensure all aspects of the bid are optimized for success.
  • Manage RFQ processes and maintain customer proposal portals, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients to stay informed about their needs and industry trends.
  • Conduct regular visits and maintain open communication to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and position solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for technical and commercial discussions.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations showcasing company offerings and capabilities.
  • Monitor and report on sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and account performance.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support team projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and presentation software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Superior problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management principles and B2B sales processes.
  • Basic understanding of robotics and automation technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
