Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative for Haven & Oak’ cabinetry division, you will manage the sales process for both commercial and residential clients. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, applying for project bids, and guiding homeowners through the renovation process. Your ability to tailor solutions for each client type will help expand our customer base and ensure successful project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


Bid Management for Business Projects:

  • Research, identify, and apply for cabinetry project bids, particularly in the commercial and hospitality sectors.
  • Build relationships with contractors, architects, and project managers to secure high-value projects.
  • Lead presentations and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring Doci’s custom cabinetry solutions meet the client’s functional and design requirements.


Residential Sales:

  • Work directly with homeowners looking to renovate their kitchens or other areas of their homes.
  • Conduct consultations to understand the client’s vision, present cabinetry options, and guide them through the selection process.
  • Provide detailed estimates and timelines, ensuring clear communication throughout the renovation project.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both business and residential clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact, ensuring client needs are met from initial consultation through project completion.


Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Track and manage leads and opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and deal closure.
  • Use CRM systems to record and report on sales activity, maintaining an organized pipeline for both bid and residential opportunities.


Collaborate with Design & Production Teams:

  • Work closely with the design team to develop solutions that meet both aesthetic and practical needs.
  • Ensure that all client specifications are accurately communicated to the production team.


Meet or Exceed Sales Targets:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals across all client segments.


Attend Industry Events:

  • Represent Haven & Oak at trade shows, networking events, and homeowner expos to generate leads and build brand awareness.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within custom cabinetry, home renovation, interior design, or related fields.
  • Experience working on project bids and understanding the dynamics of commercial construction projects.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to tailor approaches for different client segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (PipeDrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
