Compensation: Base pay between $90,000-$105,000 and bonus eligible

Role Summary
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development for ALIARO’s HIL systems, battery test solutions, and associated services within the automotive and aerospace sectors in the Michigan region. This role requires a strong technical sales background, excellent relationship management skills, and deep knowledge of the automotive and aerospace industries.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess the ability to identify opportunities, and work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales and Business Development:
• Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and target key automotive and aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the region.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical needs and challenges.
• Provide consultative solutions leveraging ALIARO’s xMove HIL systems and battery test solutions.
Market and Industry Insights:
• Stay updated on trends, innovations, and customer demands in the automotive and aerospace sectors.
• Provide market intelligence to the internal team to refine products and services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
Sales Operations:
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A technical background is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry.
• Proven track record of successfully selling HIL systems, battery test solutions, or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of the automotive and aerospace testing lifecycle, including validation and verification processes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
