You would be acting as a key contributor in customer interaction, quoting, processing and modifying orders, and order follow up while striving for the highest customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain positive lasting relationships with existing clients, acting as a connection between the customer and the manufacturing center.
• Manage customer accounts through emails, sales calls and customer visits.
• Drive sales across business units to provide the best customer experience.
• Work independently and cross functionally to provide support for inquiries including: quoting, order updates, general questions and claims in an expedited manner.
• Report and provide key updates regarding customer orders status and changes.
• Prepare reports, both periodic and ad-hoc, by collecting info from various sources (internal and external), analyzing and proposing actions to meet the targets.
• Maintain files and the database in line with company standards (ensuring that information is correct and updated).
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.
• Work closely with the warehouse and shipping team to ensure quick order turnaround and shipping.
• Act as a key contributor to the company with high standards of integrity and safety while contributing to a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Inside Sales or Account Management experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Excellent communication and learning skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, organized and effective multi-tasker with the corresponding sense of urgency
• Effective time management, self-motivated
• Competent in: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. ERP experience with SAP is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Business or related field preferred
