Sales Representative - eLoghomes
We are seeking a Sales Representative for eLoghomes, a national marketer and manufacturer of log home kits. The position is based in our corporate office in Nash County, NC. This is a fast-growing company with a differentiated approach to sales and marketing vs. the industry. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to achieve expected sales results from ongoing leads provided. This position has potential 6 figure total income.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales results expected
- Follow proven company sales processes
- Meet monthly objectives
- Fully utilize the company CRM software to manage communications and follow up with customers
- Presentation of promotional programs to potential customers
- Offer discounts, based on authority of position
- Provide updates to management on the status of opportunities daily
- Create contacts for approval internally, and coordinate execution with customers
Required Skills:
- Commission sales experience
- General knowledge of construction practices for new homes preferred, but not required (knowledge of log home construction is not required).
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- Team player and strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, etc. )
- Prior use of CRM programs
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
