What You Will Be Doing

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing solution-oriented proposals that align with customer needs and our strengths.
• Site & Project Preparation: Conduct site visits, gather critical project details (sketches, photos, electrical costs), and create detailed proposals with clear scope definitions.
• Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and safety guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and subcontractors to deliver seamless project execution.
• Documentation & Billing: Handle contracts, change orders, and progress billings with precision and timeliness

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in reading construction drawings, understanding HVAC systems, and utilizing tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written skills for crafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and resolving conflicts.
