A top Rockland County based company seeks an Inside Sales Manager to join their team. The goals of the position include setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs with a goal of motivating and helping their team achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities Outline:

• Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary.
• Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT & Sales huddles..
• Work in conjunction with HR on the hiring and training of new team members.
• Coaching and onboarding new team members.
• Oversee Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales KPI's & Monthly Sales Reporting.
• Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary.
• Manage & Oversee the Inside Sales Processes, Customer Support Metrics, Inbound & Outbound Call Quality/Coaching.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Customer Oriented.
