Our client creates custom retail solutions and they're looking to add a Sales Associate to their team! In this role, you will support the sales group (in the POP and in-store marketing industry), and learn industry skills including sales, marketing, design, production, and distribution. This position is open to all levels of experience and can lead to growth into an Account Manager role!

Qualifications

• Ability to work 5 days onsite at the headquarters in Allendale, New Jersey

• Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills

• Desire to be trained as an Account Manager

• Cross functional team member contributor

• Ability to coordinate multi-task projects

• Experienced in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

• Familiar with Graphics Software (Adobe Photoshop)

Responsibilities :

• Enter inquiries (into POPSS system) for requests relative creative design, pricing, graphic and art prep for client approval and production, and any revisions to be made on all projects.

• Follow-up with Design and Production departments for all projects from the project's initiation through delivery of finished displays.

• Participate in creative design meetings with the Creative Director, Designer(s) and Account Executive (when available)

• Prepare quotations for clients once prices are supplied by the Production

Department

• Prepare Production Authorization documents once an order is placed by the client

• Schedule and participate in pre-production meetings once the Production

Authorization has been approved by the Management Team

• Provide continuous service to clients as needed and determined by the sales person

• Research prospective clients for Sales Department

• Perform store checks to observe display trend awareness at retail as well as less obvious consumer product manufacturers

• Assist Account Executive with presentation preparation (I.e. prepare Power Point presentations, gather collateral materials
