Job Description

Renowned for their expertise in extracts, flavors, colors, and packaging solutions, they serve both commercial and private label markets. As the company experiences significant growth, they are excited to add a talented Sales Executive to their dynamic team!


The Sales Executive will play a key role in managing existing business relationships, driving new business opportunities, ensuring profitability, and providing valuable market insights to the leadership team. This role will specifically focus on developing the private label business in the U.S., collaborating closely with R&D and operations to bring innovative products to market.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Launch a new retail beverage platform.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s and competitors' products to strengthen market positioning.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve annual growth targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
  • Establish retail accounts with a focus on maximizing profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver a comprehensive annual forecast, including detailed SKU-level insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership, R&D, and Operations to identify opportunities for new flavors and SKUs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of sales experience in the food industry.
  • Experience working with a food manufacturer, particularly in center store sales.
  • Proven track record of generating new business through cold-calling, referrals, and other outreach methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to spend time at the headquarter location in Lancaster, PA.
  • Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.
  • Familiarity with the extracts, flavors, and packaging industry is a plus.
