Job Title: Project Architect

Job Type: Perm

Location: Chattanooga, TN - Northshore area

Pay Rate: $65k-$90k

Shift hours: Monday-Friday from 9-5 with Hybrid days every 2 weeks.

Must Haves:

• Bachelors in Architecture - B.Arch
• 5-10 years of experience creating drawings and renderings in Revit
• 5-10 years of experience leading projects or assisting lead architects in projects cradle to grave

Nice to Have:

• Bluebeam, Sketchup, and Adobe CC
• Experience designing and leading educational or municipal architecture projects cradle to grave

Day-to-Day:

A local architecture firm is looking for 2 Project Architects to join their team in Chattanooga, TN. They are looking for project architects who will be assisting on the design and project implementation for their educational and commercial projects. The team is needing additional architects because their firm is growing and they have won bids for 2025 that require additional resources. They are looking for an architect that has experience OR is interested in leading a project cradle to grave. Since this is a smaller firm, this individual will be able to own majority of the design process and will have hands on exposure to project completion with a wide variety of project types.

Compensation:

$65,000 to $95,000per year annual salary.
