Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at JB Pacific in San Diego, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring successful project completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Logistics Management skills
• Experience in expediting project timelines
• Knowledge of inspection processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field

Candidate shall possess strong construction knowledge and plan reading abilities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has good written/oral communication skills, and has a strong work ethic. The position requires skill, industry knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with a multitude of project stakeholders.
