Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Security Integrator on their search for a Project Manager focused on access control, CCTV, IP Video, burglar alarm, and visitor management solutions.
The Project Manager will be a company representative and serve as a point of contact with the client and subcontractors when required.

Job Title: Project Manager (Commercial Security Systems)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Status: Develop, monitor, track, and report project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Changes: Manage and document changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring clear communication and detailed documentation.
- Documentation: Craft work plans, statements of work, stakeholder presentations, and security installation drawings to support project deliverables.
- Project Progress: Perform site visits as required to maintain the project's pulse and ensure installation technician accountability.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure milestones, deliverables, and key activities are completed on time.
- Job Costing: Verify all hours and expenses are appropriately logged to projects to maintain financial accuracy.
- Change Orders: Facilitate, process and fulfill change orders during project lifecycle
- Review project scope, objectives, and requirements to ensure alignment with technical capabilities and resources.
- Evaluate and review products or solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and technical specifications.
- Gather and evaluate necessary information, including intellectual property (IP) data and client technical points of contact.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and end users.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with job costing, documentation practices, and subcontractor management.
- Experience in auditing and updating technical documentation is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
