Job Opportunity: Project Manager – Ground-Up Multi-Family Residential Construction

A well-established general contractor in New York City seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up, multi-family residential projects across NYC. This role is ideal for a candidate with proven expertise in overseeing projects from the early stages of SOE (support of excavation), through excavation, foundation, and structure, all the way to completion. A history of managing teams and timelines for large-scale residential developments is essential, as is the ability to ensure quality standards, maintain budgets, and meet project milestones efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ground-up multi-family projects from pre-construction to final turnover.
• Coordinate with teams to manage construction phases: SOE, excavation, foundation, and all subsequent stages.
• Ensure project stays on budget and adheres to timeline requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to streamline processes and resolve challenges.
• Oversee quality control to maintain high construction standards and compliance with safety regulations.
