Duties:

• Manage and fulfill the duties of a project manager on projects
• Coordinate Resources of divisions
• Assign PMs to specific projects to align with duties, experience, and ability
• Safety within the division
• Quality control within the division
• Field personnel
• Financial reporting and review with Controller and CEO
• Participate in all internal Company meetings
• Site-Specific Safety Plan & Site-Specific Erection Plan
• Project hand-off/kick-off with estimator, foremen, general superintendent & safety
• Weekly resource coordination meetings
• Post Project review meetings
• Communicate needs to CEO
• Participate in monthly Work In Progress meetings
• Promote the Company's Core Vision & Values within and outside the company
• Other duties as required

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Construction Management or relevant experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Commitment to safety and an injury-free workplace
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented and focused on team success
• Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
