As the VP of Operations , you will play a critical leadership role, ensuring our field and project management teams deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for managing self-performed crews, building relationships with on-site teams, and providing strategic direction to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee project teams, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire teams in the field and at the office to maintain high-performance standards.
• Collaborate with self-performed crews, fostering a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.

Desired Experience

• 15-20+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience, with expertise in managing field operations and self-performed work.
• Proven ability to guide, mentor, and motivate teams at all levels.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project delivery methods.
• A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
