You will be a self starter able to support a key Partner in her trial work. Your skills include attention to details, someone who anticipates issues, a knowledge of litigation from inception to trial. You will be proficient in Outlook, e-filing in New Jersey and PA both state and federal courts, ability to organize and track case files, have worked with document management software, able to provide timely responses to all legal notices, pleadings, motions, interrogatories, discovery, depositions and subpoenas, can prepare medical chronologies, This is a 9-5 culture with 5 days in office.
