Title: Employment Litigation Paralegal

Location: Raleigh, NC (hybrid)

Salary: $55,000-65,000 + OT and bonus eligible

Our client, a reputable North Carolina-based litigation firm, is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with some background in Employment Law for its office in Raleigh. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years' experience in a busy litigation law firm practice, with at least 2-3 years' experience with employment law specifically. You will perform a variety of tasks, including drafting legal documents, reports, and summaries, performing research, and preparing for depositions, settlement conferences, motions, trials and hearings.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with our client and will operate on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office per week) out of the firm's Raleigh office. Competitive salary and excellent benefits offered!

Qualifications:

• 4 year degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited paralegal program.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; i.e., Word, Outlook, etc.
• Experience providing paralegal support to 2+ attorneys at a time.
• Knowledge of NetDocuments (Document Management Software), and Aderant helpful.
• Must be flexible/detail oriented.
• Excellent client service or interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to manage/meet deadlines.

• Working knowledge or familiarity with NC and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
