Job Title: Home Health (RN) - Critical Need

Duration: 13 weeks contract initially with possible extension

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Multiple Locations NACL)

Shift Timing: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM

GWW: 40hrs/week (8hrs*5 days)

Rate: $3.520 Weekly

Required:

CA Registered Nurse License

Minimum 1 Yrs Home Exp. in recent 3 yrs.

Bedside support, Float all floors SNF, LTC

Preferred travel experience

BLS form AHA
