Position Title: HOA Concierge
Location: Rough Creek Lodge, Ranch and Resort

Position Summary: The HOA Concierge serves as the first point of contact for homeowners and guests, providing a high level of personalized service and assisting with property-related requests. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet homeowners, guests, and visitors in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Address homeowners' inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring they are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Conduct and report home interior and exterior quality checks on a routine basis.
- Assist homeowners with booking amenities, arranging services, and coordinating maintenance or repairs.
- Provide local area information and recommendations for dining, activities, and services.
- Manage special requests for homeowners, such as event coordination or reservations, and ensure that these are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions, preferences, and service requests.
- Assist in creating and managing HOA events, meetings, and communications including newsletters.
- Collaborate with the HOA team, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, and assisting with communication between homeowners and management.
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, property management, or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in property management, concierge, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and approachable attitude, with a focus on delivering first-class service.
- Knowledge of local area attractions, services, and vendors is beneficial.
Work Schedule: Subject to change. Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM during orientation then transition to Friday to Monday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with potential for more hours depending on HOA needs and events.
Pay: DOE up to $24/hr.
